Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between GENUARI ("the Company", "we") and your organisation ("the Customer", "you") regarding the use of the Huskies platform ("the Service"). Huskies is a product of GENUARI (genuari.com).

By using the Service you accept these Terms. Use is permitted only for individuals over 18 years old with the legal authority to bind their organisation.

2. Description of the Service

Huskies is a business-process management platform (CRM/PM) with AI capabilities, delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) over the internet. The Company reserves the right to improve the Service and will notify the Customer in writing of material changes at least 30 days in advance. If a material change adversely affects what was agreed, the Customer may terminate without penalty within that period.

3. Accounts and Data

The Customer designates an Administrator responsible for users, roles and account security. Data belonging to each organisation is fully isolated.

4. Account Security & User Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for the secure use of its users' accounts and must ensure that access credentials are not shared with unauthorised persons. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately to contact@genuari.com.

5. Availability & Support

GENUARI commits to ≥99% monthly Service availability, excluding scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its code and design belong to the Company. The Customer receives a non-exclusive licence to use the Service for the duration of the Subscription. Copying, modification or resale is prohibited. The Customer retains full rights to its data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the previous 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence is not excluded (Greek Civil Code, Article 332).

8. Term, Pricing & Termination

• Minimum commitment of 12 months from the start of the Subscription
• After 12 months: auto-renewal with 30-day notice of termination
• Price adjustments: only after 12 months, with 60 days' written notice — the Customer may terminate without penalty within 30 days of receipt
• After termination: 60 days to export data, then permanent deletion

9. AI Features (Loki)

The Service includes a built-in AI assistant (Loki) powered by a third-party provider's models (Anthropic). AI Features are included in the Subscription at no additional charge: there is no per-query, per-user or per-consumption fee, and no supplementary invoices are issued.

Because the underlying AI service is priced by consumption, AI Features are provided within a fair-use allowance and are not unlimited. The allowance is €20.00 of estimated AI cost per rolling 30-day period, calculated for the organisation as a whole and independent of the number of users to whom the Administrator has granted access.

The allowance replenishes continuously and automatically, with no action required from the Customer. If it is exhausted, AI Features temporarily stop responding until allowance is released again. The Administrator can view current usage, the allowance and the remaining balance at any time from the platform settings.

Alternatively, the Customer may connect its own account with the AI provider, in which case usage is billed directly by that provider to the Customer and the above allowance does not apply. This option is optional. The allowance may be adjusted by agreement or on notice as set out in section 2.

Output from AI Features is informational. The Customer is responsible for verifying it before making decisions based on it. Customer data is never used to train AI models.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic. Competent courts: Athens. Before any legal action, the parties commit to 30 days of good-faith negotiation.
